At Green Home Matric. Hr. Sec. School, assessments are an integral part of the learning process. Our examination system is designed to monitor student progress and guide them toward continuous improvement.

Examination Structure:

  • Midterm exams and other periodic assessments are conducted throughout the academic year.
  • Progress reportsdetailing academic performance are issued after every terminal exam.
  • Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are compulsory after each exam, ensuring transparent communication about a student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Special attention is given to students needing academic support, especially in subjects where they show consistent difficulty.

Promotion Policy:

  • Promotion is strictly based on the overall performance throughout the academic year including exams, assignments, and participation.
  • Once the promotion decision is finalized by the academic committee, it will be considered final.
  • Reconsideration requests will not be entertained, and parents are advised not to approach the Principal for exceptions.
